Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions

Art. 1 Organization

The “vote on the Perfect Serve during the Roland-Garros championship and have the chance to win a PerfectDraft Pro Machine” is organized by InBev Belgium S.R.L., Boulevard Industriel 21, 1070 Brussels, hereinafter referred to as "the organizer".

Art. 2 Brief description of the competition and the prize

Short description: When voting for your preferred Perfect Serve Award nominee you will get a chance to win a PerfectDraft Pro Machine. There will be 4 voting rounds. Per round 4 players of Roland-Garros will be nominated to participate in the Perfect Serve Award. Per round you have 1 chance to vote for your favorite nominee. The winner of the competition will be randomly picked.


 

The competition will run from May 28, 2024 to June 9, 2024


 

To be won: PerfectDraft Pro Machines.


 

A maximum of one participant can win a prize. A contestant can only participate once per voting round. The prizes will not be transferable, exchangeable or movable and will not be paid in cash under any circumstances. Prizes will not be replaced in the event of loss. The organizer reserves the right to prematurely end this action, to possibly modify the action (or the conditions of the action) or to replace the prize to be won by another prize of a nature and value equivalent.


 

The prize will be sent to the winner as follows. The prize will be mailed to the winner's home address.

Art. 3 Participation

Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and domiciled in Belgium can participate in the competition. The participation of the employees of the organizer and any other person who contributed directly or indirectly to the realization of this competition (such as merchandisers, store owners and their staff, etc.) is excluded. Also excluded: all people who work in collaboration, or who cooperate within the framework of a legal or moral association, or in any other way, in order to increase their chances of success.

No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid Instagram account and/or Facebook account are required. 
 

Promotion Period: This promotion will run over five separate promotional sub-periods between 17:00 CET on the 28th of May 2024 and 23:59 CET on the 8th of June 2024 inclusive, as per the below table.

To Enter: 

For each round log onto your Instagram or Facebook account (or create one for free), visit the @rolandgarros Instagram page to see the promotional reel/video of selected Roland-Garros players’ performing the ‘perfect serve’. 

Then visit perfectserveaward.stellaartois.com/terms and complete the online form to provide your details (name and email address) and select your favourite player’s serve from the nominated players to be entered into the relevant Prize Draw. 

There will be 4 rounds in total. 


 

Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per round during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.


 

The Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will win 1 x Perfect Draft Pro Machine. 


 

Further Prize Details and Conditions: 

  • Kegs are not included. 

  • The PerfectDraft Pro Machine comes with a two year warranty. 

  • The Machine takes 6-litre kegs and includes a volume indicator. 

  • The Machine dimensions are as follows: height - 44.5cm, width - 29.4cm and depth - 40.1 cm.

  • The Machine has a temperature control of between 0°C to 12°C, a 10-hour cooling system, stable performance in temperatures up to 38°C and smart pour technology.


 

Any incomplete participation will immediately lead to exclusion from the competition. The data recorded on the entry form may in no case be modified, corrected or adapted.


 

The organizer can, at any time, exclude the participation of a person in the contest during a certain period and this, in the event of violation of one of the conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception or fraudulent participation. in the competition.


 

The use of a program or means other (personalization or editing of the site) than the site program is strictly prohibited and will result in the exclusion of the participant. If so, the latter is liable to prosecution for copyright infringement. Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant in question.


 

Participation is personal and can in no case be transferred to third parties.

Art. 4 Determination of the winners

Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during each promotional sub-period. If the participant's contact details are incorrect or if there is no response in the manner and within the time period specified in these rules, the participant's right to the prize will lapse.


 

You can only win once with the same e-mail address.


 

The winner is responsible for the use of the prize. It exempts the organizer from any responsibility in this matter.

Art. 5 Acceptance

By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts the entire competition rules as well as any decision likely to be taken by the organizer.


 

The organizer is not responsible for damaged, lost or delayed shipments.


 

In the event of a dispute or for any case not provided for by these regulations, the decisions of the organizer will be irrevocable and without appeal.

Art. 6 Communication

With the exception of the sending of these rules or the notification of the winner, no form of communication, whether physical or electronic, will be made during the course of the competition.

Art. 7 Civil liability

The organizer cannot be held responsible for cases of force majeure or for any reason beyond the control of the organizer requiring the modification, suspension or cancellation of the competition. The organization reserves the right to modify the competition rules should this prove to be essential for organizational reasons or in the event of force majeure. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from participation in the competition or the awarding of the prize. In the event of irregularities, including, but not limited to, errors that occur in the web generator or organizer, the organizer decides autonomously on how the problem is corrected and / or completed. The decision of the organizer cannot be contested.


 

The printing of errors, spelling mistakes or other errors, technical problems or other problems related to or arising from the competition, cannot be invoked as grounds for any compensation, obligation or liability of the organizer. . The organizer cannot be held responsible for technical problems which make it impossible to participate in the competition or which would prevent the continuous and uninterrupted course of the competition.


 

The organizer cannot be held responsible, in any way, for the bad communication of data which would lead to a bad address or an unknown address of the participant. If a prize (1) does not arrive on time due to loss and / or delay in delivery by the postal services, and / or (2) is intentionally or accidentally damaged by the postal services, the organizer cannot be held responsible. Regarding the possible costs of participation in the competition, there is no recourse against the organizer.

Categories of personal data: The categories of personal data that will be processed are: surname, first name, date of birth, home address, e-mail address or, failing that, account email number phone. The home address will only have to be provided by the selected winners, in order to know where the price can be delivered to.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of InBev Belgium in organizing and completing the competition/event.

The legal basis for the processing in relation to direct marketing is based solely on your consent, your personal data will not be processed if you have not given active consent to provide you with marketing information from ABI. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the management of the event or competition. Any refusal to provide the requested personal data will prevent you from participating. For any other processing of personal data, the explicit consent of the participant will be requested.


 

Destination of the data: The personal data used for this processing will not be transmitted to any recipient. 


 

Rights of the people: Data subjects may exercise the following rights at any time:

a) Right of access: The data subject can obtain confirmation of the personal data processed by the controller.

b) Right of rectification: The data subject has the right to demand the modification of inaccurate or incomplete data.

c) Right to erasure: The data subject may demand that their data not be processed without undue delay, when the consent is revoked or the legal basis for the processing no longer exists.

d) Right to restriction of processing: The data subject has the right to demand the restriction of the processing of his personal data when the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR apply.

e) Right to data portability The data subject may request their personal data and, where appropriate, these must be communicated to them in a structured and accessible format.

Retention period: The personal data concerned by this processing will be stored until the contest has taken place and the prize has been transmitted to the winner, after which the personal data concerned will be deleted. For data subjects who have accepted the processing of their data for commercial purposes, they will be processed for a period of 2 years after the last communication with the data subject.


 

Technical and organizational measures (MTO): The controller will set the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the processing.


 

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
